Engineering Perspective, founded in 1988, offers a unique class of service to its clients.  Responding rapidly to remote sites, EPI specializes in forensic services incorporating structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and environmental engineering experience, both in the courtroom and in the field.

 

Beginning April 3rd EPI will be partnering with Ganson Weather Group (GWG) to integrate meteorological investigations with forensic engineering.

Forensic engineering often involves legal testimony on findings of investigations before a court of law.  Carl has a wide variety of experience in trial and deposition testimony.

Roof Assessments

EPI offers a different type of qualitative roof diagnosis assessment process which includes site examinations with collection of samples of various roof systems, in-situ hail-impact testing, and laboratory sample testing.

Fire Investigation

EPI offers fire reconstruction planning and estimates, as well as fire cause and origin, with experience ranging from minor repairs to complete building reconstruction and working with contractors, adjustors, and owners;  in addition, development of construction documents including contracts, specifications, drawings and details.

Structural

EPI offers project management services for all types of structural and mechanical systems, specifically designed to meet client requirements and budget concerns, as well as code-compliance issues.

General Forensics

EPI investigates failures and other performance problems ranging from serviceability to catastrophic, both residential and commercial.
